How quickly can services be started?
Our goal is to begin services within 48 hours of the date of the initial referral. However, the start of care usually begins even sooner.
The more notice we are given the better we are able to schedule our care givers to provide for better continuity of care and participate in the discharge planning process to facilitate a smooth
transition from Hospital or facility to the patient's home.
